Nicely situated. Convenient to many businesses. Nice parking. Management is attentive to your needs. The grounds is kept clean as well as the lawn care being kept up. My neighbors are friendly yet not intrusive. At this point I would recommend to both single and family residents.

This is a really quiet community. It is located on a main bus line that goes past shopping centers and nearby the local college. I have not had any problems with loud neighbors not unprofessional staff. I am very pleased living here.
